Dreaming up animated worlds for adidas footwear.

Art direction

As part of a creative team, I concepted and art directed a digital campaign for adidas’ three Ultraboost trainers for Summer 2022: Colorpop, White Noise and Summer Cookout. Our concept ‘Dopamine Boost’ amplifies the inspiration behind each shoe, focusing on the way ‘the feels’ rather than the details. We wanted each shoe to affect the world it was in, based on each product story. In collaboration with an external CGI agency, the animations were brought to life.

The campaign featured globally across the brand’s site, app, CRM and social platforms. Due to its commercial success, Oliver x adidas was quickly briefed further CGI projects.
